Detox Smoothie with Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach or Kale
- 1 cup almond milk or Soy Milk ( whatever you prefer)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
Instructions
Everything into the blender, adjust taste and consistency as liked

Dependant on your choice of ingredients, +-:300 calories

You can substitute the Pineapple with Strawberries or Kiwi fruit
