    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Spinach or Kale
    • 1 cup almond milk or Soy Milk ( whatever you prefer) 
    • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
    • 1 banana
    • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

    Instructions

    Everything into the blender, adjust taste and consistency as liked

    Dependant on your choice of ingredients, +-:300 calories

    Notes

    You can substitute the Pineapple with Strawberries or Kiwi fruit 

    This is a meal in a cup and will keep you charged up for hours
