Bulbine Natalensis is a succulent from Southern and South Eastern Africa that grows in parts of South Africa. The root, stem and even the leaf are used as medicine. This succulent is known as “ibhucu” in Zulu and “Rooiwortel” in Afrikaans. There are various traditional uses. Bulbine Natalensis aids painful stings, irritating itchy mosquito bites, blistering blisters, cold sores, mouth ulcers. Even cracked lips, hands, and heels cannot escape the healing power of this healing herb.
For more serious conditions, including sunburn, cuts, bruises, itchy and painful rashes, ringworm, herpes, fever blisters and sores. It treats convulsions, venereal diseases, diabetes, rheumatism, urinary complaints, and blood disorders.
Few herbs boost testosterone, and fewer that lower estrogen, Bulbine Natalensis does both, well.
